Bobby Pratt (1927–1994)
Jazz pianist and trombonist, with a lifelong career in New York. Played with Charlie Barnet, Johnny Richards, Georgie Auld, Stan Kenton, and Raymond Scott from 1942 in New York. Became famed as a swing musician, working with Coleman Hawkins, Ben Webster, Sid Cartlett. He also was among the earliest jazz musicians to experiment with be-bop with Charlie Parker.
